Shipping policy

Curbside Pickup We offer curbside pickup with no minimum order at our Markham, Richmond Hill, and North York locations. Please email infokkhub@gmail.com at least one day in advance to schedule a pickup, and we'll confirm the pickup address.

Shipping Area We currently only ship within Canada.

Processing Time In-stock orders: ship within 1-2 business days (3-4 during holidays and weekends) Pre-orders: ship within 3-5 weeks (possible overseas delays)

Shipping Methods Orders are shipped via Canada Post or similar carriers with tracking.

Delivery Time Canadian orders usually arrive within 2-8 business days.

Same-Day Delivery (GTA) Orders placed before 4:00 PM within the GTA are eligible for same-day delivery.

Mixed and Combined Orders Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once all items arrive.

Shipping Rates Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD; $15.99 flat rate on orders under $99 CAD.
